The Harry Potter World London is equipped with several facilities and amenities keeping in mind the comfort of the visitors.

The Studio Tour Lobby

  1. Cloak Room – Before entering the Harry Potter Studio Tour, you and your bags will be checked. Coats and bags can be checked in for free at the cloakroom. Please leave buggies and prams in the cloakroom as much as possible, as there is limited space. (Warning – Please keep in mind that visitors leave their belongings at their own risk.)
  2. Toilets – The restrooms are located within the foyer. In each restroom block, there are baby changing facilities and there is also an accessible toilet that can accommodate a disabled person and two caretakers.
  3. Food & Drinks – If you arrive earlier than your scheduled time, feel free to stop by the Chocolate Frog Café, the Hub Café, or the Food Hall located in the lobby for some refreshments and snacks. The Hub Café also provides hot water for heating bottles for parents with young children.
  4. Cash Machine – In the lobby, you can find a cash machine that provides free withdrawals.


Harry Potter Studio Shop – Visitors are welcome to peruse the products in the Studio Shop at their leisure, either before or after the tour. Only ticket holders have access to the Studio Tour store but many of the products, however, are available for purchase online.

Inside the Studio Tour

  1. Parent & Baby Room – Next to the Backlot Café is a private room for parents to feed their children, equipped with a nursing chair and change tables.
  2. Food & Drinks – The Backlot Café, located halfway through the Studio Tour, serves hot meals, sandwiches, snacks, and even Butterbeer – the staple wizarding drink. For your convenience, there is both indoor and outdoor sitting.
  3. Toilets – The toilets are easily accessible, and restrooms for the disabled are situated throughout the Studio Tour at regular intervals. In each restroom block, there are also baby changing facilities available.


Studio Shop – Within the Harry Potter Studio Tour, you’ll find the Forbidden Forest Shop and the Railway Shop.
